Geopolitics, collective grief, financial instability, and the unrelenting pace of the world are pushing so many people into overwhelm. Our bodies are carrying far more than their nervous systems were designed to hold—often without access to support that feels embodied, culturally aware, or spacious enough to create real shift.
As a queer femme, first-gen Latine somatic practitioner and trauma-informed guide, Alexandra's work blends nervous system attunement with a decolonial approach to care—honoring political analysis, intersectional context, autonomy, the lived realities people bring into the room, and the reality that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. This offering was born from a heart-led desire to close the gap: to bring grounded, accessible, body-first approach and specialized care to those who need it, without requiring entry into a high-ticket container.
what is a somatic resilience session?
A Somatic Resilience Session is a single, focused, 50-minute virtual 1:1 session designed to help you regulate, recalibrate, and return to yourself.
It is accessible, trauma-informed, gentle, and nervous-system oriented.
This is support for the moments when life is demanding more than your body can hold.
Each Somatic Resilience Session draws from Alexandra's extensive training in polyvagal theory, somatic parts work, trauma-informed hypnosis, titration and pendulation, sensory modulation, and advanced nervous system attunement and repatterning through somatic micromovements + exercises—all rooted in a decolonial and holistic approach to healing.
Somatic Resilience Sessions are for the moments when life feels too heavy to hold alone—when global stress or a difficult news cycle has your body on edge, when relationship tensions or unexpected conversations leave you ungrounded, when you’re collapsing into overwhelm, numbness, or shutdown, or feeling disconnected from yourself. They’re for the days when you can’t quite shift a wave of tension or dysregulation on your own, when you need support before a major event or decision, or when you simply want accessible, as-needed care without committing to a long-term container.

Breathwork for Stabilization: Not performance breathwork—but slow, low-intensity, trauma-safe breathing patterns to soothe hyper-activation.
Somatic Orientation + Grounding Practices: Advanced techniques to bring your body out of hypervigilance and into the present moment.
Sensory-Based Regulation Tools: Hands-on exercises like self-holding, vagus nerve soothing, sensory mapping, or micro-movements.
Somatic Parts Work Attunement: Connecting with the part of you that feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or shut down.
Light Hypnotic Resourcing: Gentle, supportive language patterns that help your body access internal safety + softening.
Micro-Pleasure + Embodiment Practices: If appropriate, small invitations toward grounded pleasure or reconnection with the body's senses.

Meet your somatic practitioner
Alexandra is a certified trauma-informed Somatic Practitioner + Sex Coach dedicated to helping femmes and trauma survivors reclaim their wholeness and heal from trauma and chronic stress. As a trauma survivor herself, she brings deep empathy, embodied wisdom, and practical, body-based tools to her work—creating safe, nervous system-led spaces for healing and reconnecting with pleasure.
Her unique approach blends pleasure as medicine, shadow work, somatic parts work, somatic exercises, and hypnosis. With experience in conscious kink and BDSM, Alexandra integrates somatic sensual practices such as Shibari, holistic sex and consent education, vaginal de-armoring, and pleasure mapping, etc.; supporting clients in returning to their bodies, awakening erotic aliveness, and rebuilding trust in their desires and boundaries.
Rooted in a decolonial approach to spirituality and mainstream therapy models, her work offers an alternative to disembodied Western talk therapy. She invites clients into a reimagined healing experience; one that honors the body's wisdom, centers sensual sovereignty, and weaves nervous system attunement, ritual, and ancestral connection into every layer of transformation.
